Purpose of the 2025 KU Customer Satisfaction Survey

The university conducts this annual survey to ensure that student needs are met effectively. The insights gained from this process play a critical role in:

  1. Log in to your student corporate email account. (If you experience difficulties, visit the Students’ Computer Labs for account reactivation.)
  2. Locate the email with the subject “2025KU CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY.”.
  3. Click the link provided in the email body to open the survey form.
  4. Read the instructions carefully, complete the survey, and submit your responses.
